The Villages: New sims 4 tale planning – Part [ONE]

SLLL was short lived but I’m planning on spinning a new tale about a reform school for disobedient young ladies/ kids or maybe even a home for orphans.

I wanted it to be a survival playthrough one involved with horror and some sort of dire risk you know that could end up with the girls getting into trouble.

Sadly, the max number of sims you can have on one lot is eight. So, I’m thinking of teleporting sims onto the lot to make the place look more populated.

There’s also the annoying thing of having teen sims have to go to school. Things can get super annoying…but we need challenges to make the game interesting!

I’ll try to introduce the characters before I start… the log , log wasn’t really a log, I’m going to write it more like a diary or a status report.

The name of the academy is Mary Magdalene’s Home for Misfits also known as MMHM… fun fact when talked about it, students of MMHM prefer to pronounce it as a bare hum. “Mhmm.” instead of spelling out the letters M. M. H. M.

Within MMHM there’s a dormitory called “Druscilla’s Village for Lost Little Girls.” It’s a place where they send orphans that age out the system and/ or 14 + yr olds that suddenly become orphans or emancipated kids.

Within Druscilla’s Village or Dru’s Village there’s a system. The girls are separated into areas referred to as “villages.”

The Villages(/Blocks) –

The girls are split up into blocks. Tiny rooms/houses built in a square formation.

The name of the villages change depending on the students, so the school refers to the villages by block numbers.

As orphans, they have no guardian to rely on. So the orphans work for the school. They clean the main buildings, cook in cafeteria and manage student run stores under the guise of clubs.

They also receive grants and scholarship based off their grades and activities.

MMHM is located next door to other schools and small colleges so events are often held on MMHM due to its large campus.

During school events the orphans as well as other students are allowed to open stalls to sell their wares to visitors, fellow teachers, and students.

Each block rotates duties (work) every day. They are assigned different days to work at the main building. Those not assigned to the main building are left to look after their own building, specifically their own blocks.

Cleaning- cleaning the academy public facilities like the dining hall, bathrooms etc.

Cooking- cooking meals for breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner and or prepping.

Harvesting- gardening and restocking ingredients in kitchen.

from rule of rose, was longing to recreate an old refurbished vintage school vibe kind of thing.

With this system the girls learn to be self-sufficient, and build up their savings. Also if something isn’t done, they will know which house was responsible and hold each other responsible as a collective.

Each year villages with the most achievements and highest grades are rewarded with a lump some of money.
